The Network Pro, Inc.Message from our President, Kevin Studley - March 13, 2020
As we communicated yesterday, we have put in place a COVID-19 task force to reevaluate our processes in light of the fast-changing situation.
Given the expanding school/building closures across the state, we are adjusting our processes temporarily to allot more resources to the increasing volume of remote access requests.
To this end, we will be adjusting support request priorities as follows until further notice:
1. CRITICAL = Widespread system outage impacting critical business needs
Example: Effects entire company or critical business process
2. URGENT = Individual work outage that prevents core job functions
Example: Effects a department or major business process
3. COVID-19 = All support requests related to remote access
Example: VPN Setup, Parallels Remote Access, Setup of Parallels Environment
**Remote access links and instructions will be provided to your employees if you elect The Network Pro to set them up.**
4. NON-ESSENTIAL = All other tickets will be addressed as resources become available.
If you have any questions or concerns, please click this link to send an email and we will be glad to respond. We are doing our best to address all incoming requests and meet your expectations. We will communicate regularly as any new decisions or changes are made.

COVID-19 is on the minds of many. The Network Pro, Inc has been monitoring the situation locally and globally and want to share a few important points.
The Network Pro, Inc is a proactive company. We have a business infrastructure, scale and model that allows us to adapt to many unknowns. Furthermore, we see these recent risks as a catalyst to take our resiliency to new levels.
Our disaster preparedness plans are in place yet remain fluid to the impact of the growing reality of this current crisis. While our staff and operations are prepared to operate completely absent of the centralized offices, we are also preparing for and discussing the best strategies for our clients needs to rapidly increase demand for new technologies that allow their business to function in the same fashion. We remain open and vigilant in our internal discussions to a spectrum of scenarios and are actively reviewing contingencies and are planning accordingly.
Our top priority is the health and well-being of everyone. And our purpose is to help our Clients improve their businesses, including things like business continuity strategies, ability to work remotely and opportunities to weather a potential economic change. This type of strategy work is at the core of our unique approach. As always, we invite you to have a discussion with your Client Strategic Advisor on how we can tailor your IT solutions to weather unknowns and take advantage of opportunities to improve your business. We believe the internal discussions at your businesses should also include preparing for these scenarios and reviewing the technical requirements that would be necessary to have a majority of your staff work remotely. We encourage these requirements to be reviewed early and a plan of action to be drafted proactively. To assist you in this effort, please use this link to send in a request on this subject. We will prepare a preliminary audit of your infrastructure and the technical requirements to support a portion of your staff working remotely.
